CHANGES IN GERMAN LEADERSHIP
STOCKHOLM, October 25. Important changes in German military and civil leadership are probable in the near future, according to'.the Swedish newspaper ' Svensfia Dagbladet,' which says that the military changes are connected with the German preparations .to meet a Russian winter offensive, about which German military spokesmen have expressed fears.
The home front changes are undoubtedly connected with increasing German defeatism, the centre of which is Austria and South Germany. A large number of arrests have beeo. made recently in Austria and Alsace.
