AMERICAN DAYLIGHT RAIDS

(Rec. noon.) RUGBY, Oct. 24. - American Marauders attacked the fio-hter airfields at Beauvais-Nivihers and Saint Andre-Leure, and the bomber field at Montididier, in France, on Sunday. The bombers were escorted and covered by American Thunderbolts and R.A.F., dominion, and Allied fighters. Early reports say that seven enemy aircraft were destroyed by the fighters for the loss of one.
