U.S. WORKERS IN ESSENTIAL INDUSTRIES (British Official *Wireless.; (Rec. 10 a.m.)' RUGBY, April 18.. Mr Paul McNutt, United States Maa Power Commissioner, has pegged the earnings of more than 27,000,000 essential workers to present levels by virtually freezing»them in current.employment. • The new order forbids, workers in 35 essential employments to leava their jobs for more pay with another employer. It does not effect workers in unessential jobs.
