SCHEME TO MINIMISE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES (P.A.). WELLINGTON, Sept. 10. In view of the expense involved in obtaining- probate or letters of administration, the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association states that it has again asked that any pay or allowance to the credit of a deceased serviceman should be paid to the administrator without probate in all cases where the amount involved does not exceed £2OO, provided there is no other estate. At present, the amc-uut that may be paid out without probate or letters of administration is limited to £IOO.
