BRITISH EVACUATION SHIP AUSTRALIAN MINISTER A PASSENGER TOKIO, Sept. 26. The Australian Minister, Sir John Latham, is leaving Japan in the British evacuation ship Anhui, which is sailing from Yokohama, and almost all the 1,000 British subjects and 200 Indians in Japanese territory are expected to leave in the same vessel. They include 200 women, A message from Sydney states that the Minister of External Affairs, Sir Frederick Stewart, said that Sir John Latham .is returning for a brief consultation with Mr Faddcn and himself. “There are several matters of importance to discuss concerning relations between Australia and Japan,’’ he said.
