ORPHANS' CLUB

The fortnightly meeting of the Dunedin Orphans’ Club, over which Bro. N. R. M’isaac presided, was held last night, when a most cnjoj'ablc programme was provided by the following members ;—iii'os. G. McDonald, B. Heighten, iv. Millar, T. W. Dobhie, J. Hvndman, J. M'Farlane (songs), J. Pringle and R. M'Dougali (vocal duet), TI. Hunter (recitation), 10. and E, J. Kerr (cornet duet), and T. Thompson (magic). The club orchestra contributed a number of selections. The chairman read an interesting letter addressed to his fellow orphans by Bro. John Gordon, in which he described his experiences during the exaeuation of the New Zealand troops from Greece.
