BODILY HARM CHARGE

SEQUEL TO RIFLE EPISODE (P.A.) AIASTERTON, June 10. Charged with having caused bodily harm to Norman S. Alium and Robert Gilbert in such circumstances that had death occurred he would have been charged with manslaughter, Bernard Pooling, a cycle mechanic, aged 20, was committed to the Supreme! Court in AVellington for sentence. Dooling was arrested recently following the wounding of Alunn and Gilbert by rifle bullets. __________
