BROWN BEATS HOGGARTH [Per United Press’Association.] GREYMOUTH, April 20. Tot Hoggarth, of Brunner, suffered the second defeat of his professional boxing career at the hands of Billy Brown, of Wellington, who was making his debut in the Town Hall last night. It was a bout between two clover boxers, and it went the full 10 rounds, Brown winning on points with case.
