ROLLER SKATING
Now is the time to take up this popular winter exercise. Presented 1 under modern conditions at the Do Luxe Rink (Filleul street, opposite Town Hall), roller skating is proving more popular each week. Instructors are in attendance daily from 2.30 p.m. to coach beginners, and private tuition is available by appointment (phone 10-692).
To-night’s extended session from 7.45 to 10.45 embraces the latest skating numbers, with prizes for special competitions. Skating is one of (be few pastimes that may be enjoyed with or without a partner, as evidenced by the number of ladies who are taking it up at (he present lime.
