NAZIS REPORT TOTAL CAPITULATION (By Radio.) LONDON, April-18. A German communique -declares that the Yugoslav Array will lay down its arras at 9 o’clock to-night, and that total capitulation will be effective as from noon to-morrow. There is no confirmation of this in British quarters.
