FURTHER GAINS RDUND KEREN ITALIAN SORTIES REPULSED ENEMY OCCUPY LIBYAN OUTPOST (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 26. (Received Marc-Jx 27, at 11 a.m.) A Cairo communique states; A small enemy detachment on Monday occupied FI Agbeila in Libya, from which our standing patrols had previously been withdrawn. A small number of German troops were included in the enemy detachment. El Agbeila is 180 miles along the coast from Benghazi to Tripoli. Our troops gained further positioxxs covering Keren. Yet another heavy counter-attack was repulsed, leaving many prisoners and equipment in our hands. Operations continue to develop successfully on all sectors in Abyssinia. A Nairobi communique states that -the South African Air Force bombed tlxe main railway north of Dircdawa. Direct hits were scored on a bridge and station buildings.
