An exciting melodrama with a spacious background in the woods is presented with ‘ King of the Lumberjacks’ at the Strain!. It tells of the unusual friendship which springs up between a lumberjack and a stranger from the city who wishes to learn the fob A David and Jonathan alliance "rows up between them, but the advent of a pretty singer makes trouble. f lhe lumberjack marries the girl during his triend s absence, and onlv discovers later that she used to be his fiancee. Bitter enmity and the threat of murder replace the old friendship, but nil ends well in the exciting climax. Second on the programme is ‘ Boy Loves Girl,’ featuring those charming young stars.
