NEW YORK, November 7. —The revised Presidential returns for Michigan are: Willkie. 1,028,000; Roosevelt. 1,025,000, making (Roosevelt 38 States and 449 electorals; Willkie 10 States and 82 electorals. The popular vote is: (Roosevelt, 26,077,000; Willkie, 21,691,000. SPITFIRE FUND. At to-day’s community sing about £225 was collected or promised for the Spitfire fund.
