TRANSPORT SERVICES.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —1 have ' four suggestions which would probably simplify the council’s difficulty if carried out. (1) Run the Caversham tram right through the main street to Frederick street in place of the Logan Park trams which have just been discontinued. (2) Run a 20-minute service from Forbury Park to Albany street. (3) Have a bus leave Frederick street every 20 minutes, travelling down Albany street, connecting with the tram from Forbury Park, and thence on down Union street to Logan Park, returning by the same route. (4) Run the Lookout Point bus from Forbury Corner to Lookout Point. Besides allowing anyone at any place in the city to get to Logan Park or Lookout Point without any bother this method will remove all changing over from tram to bus out into the suburbs. It will also give Forbury Park residents a better service.—l am, etc.. Better Service. November 6.
