ITALIAN ALLEGATIONS ” GREEK OR ENGLISH AGENTS " BLAMED ROME, October 27. (Received October 28, at 8 a.m.) An armed band attacked an outpost with rifles and liami grenades. An Albanian patrol repelled the attackers. It is officially announced that three bombs exploded in tho vicinity of the headquarters of the Italian Lieutenantgeneral, Santi Quaranti, slightly injuring two. The “ Greek or English agents responsible are being sought,” it was stated. ATHENS DENIES REPORT ATHENS, October 27. (Received October 28, at 10.55 a.m.) The Government, after it had received reports from the frontier, issued a communique denying the Rome report of the Korea incident and disclaiming knowledge of the Santa Quaranti bombs. CONTROL OF THE DANUBE AMALGAMATED COMMISSION FORMED COMMUNIQUE FROM MOSCOW MOSCOW, October 27. (Received October 28, at 1 p.m.) A communique issued as a result of the Russo-German negotiations states: It was considered necessary to liquidate the International and European Danube Commissions and create an amalgamated Danube Commission comprising Russia, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Yugoslavia, and Rumania, with the object of regulating questions of shipping from the Danube month to Bratislava. ORDERED TO LEAVE RUMANIA FORMER CHILEAN MINISTER BUCHAREST, October 27. (Received October 28, at 10.55 a.m.) Francisco Madrid, the former Chilean Minister in Rumania, has been ordered to leave the country by October 31 after his arrest for alleged connection with the British secret service and involvement in British sabotage plots.
