CRASH IN TRAINING FLIGHT

DEATH DF ANOTHER N.Z. PILOT [Per United Press Association.J AUCKLAND, August 16. Cabled advice of the death of their only son, Sergeant-observer Douglas Oswald Rewa, aged 19, as the result of a crash during a training flight in England on August 13, has been received by Mr and Mrs W. S. Rewa. of Mount Eden. Sergeant-observer Rewa was an old boy of the Auckland Grammar School. He joined the Royal New Zealand Air IJorce last December and was trained at Weraroa and Ohakea. He left for England in May.
