It was the most representative funeral since the burial of Cecil Rhodes. MEMORIAL SERVICE IN LONDON (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August IC. (Received August 17, at 10.10 a.m.) A memorial service for Sir Abe Bailey was held this afternoon at St. Martin’s-in-the-Kields. Amongst those present were Lord and Lady Willingdon, the Earl of Clarendon, an d Mr L. S. Amery. Mr Churchill was represented by Mr Brendon Bracken.
