SKATING CARNIVAL

The event of the skating season—the grand Vice-versa Carnival—will be staged at the Ue Luxe Rink, Filleul street, to-morrow night. Handsome prizes are being awarded for the bestdressed man and lady and most humorous man and lady and best twins impersonations. There will be numerous prizes ' for competitions, and hats, caps, and streamers will be distributed during the evening. There is special seating accommodation at the rink for spectators, and seats may be reserved. The rink is open daily from midday: afternoons, 2.30 to 4.30; learners' special session (Monday to Friday), 5.30 to 6.45; and each evening at 7.30. To-night’s session will conclude at 10 o’clock. Private tuition is available by appointment. There will be three sessions to-morrow —morning, afternoon, and evening.
