(Received March 16, at 10 a.m.) The importance of fostering the export market was emphasised by the annual report of Oourtaulds. The Chairman stated that half of the ■ firmls (production of rayon and fibres was being, exported ' at the beginning of this month, representing a large expansion on the figures, and. he estimated that if this is taken :as an average, not less than £4,500,000 worth of exported products would leave the factories in the year.
