MOVEMENTS OF DRAFTS IMPROVEMENT IN ENLISTMENTS TWENTY-ONE REGISTRATIONS YESTERDAY This morning two small drafts of men who have enlisted for service with the second echelon of the second New Zealand Expeditionary Force left for northern camps. These men, whose names were published last night, wore attached to the First General Hospital and the First Now Zealand Convalescence Depot units. To-morrow 11 men will leave by the 11.35 a.in. express for Burnham for training with the Railway Construction Company. Another draft of 12 men will leave on Friday' for Lyttelton, these having enlisted for coast defence. The names of the men comprising these drafts are : Railway Construction Company. — Charles Clark. William H. Beel. G. B. Bowler, D. W. Clark, G. W, A. Coekburn, Victor Lewis, Colin Hanson, Hugh Maloney, David Paterson. G. A. Roekell, D. A. Thomson. There was a much-improved response to the call to the colours yesterday, when 21 applications for enlistment with the third echelon were received.
