TOWN HALL DANCE
, That the weekly Town Hall dance Joses none of its popularity as the .years go by is shown by the fact that attendances each Saturday night are fully maintained. Last Saturday night there were again over 1,500 people present. This combination is recognised as one of the best dance orchestras in New Zealand. As an interlude for to-night’s dance Miss Constance Potts will present Master Trevor Phillips, a talented young tap dancer. The latest novelty competition dancing craze introduced last Saturday night by Mr Joe Brown will again bo on the programme; the first prize is £2 cash. An entirely different way of selecting the finalists will be used. Spectators will be admitted to the circle for a small charge. Reserves arc at Bcgg’s. The doors will bo opened at 7 o’clock.
