EXPLOSION ON LAUNCH
TWO GIRLS SERIOUSLY BURNED Press Association —By Telegraph—Coypright SYDNEY, February 4. A motor launch containing nine persons, including two girls, was burned and sank outside Sydney Heads to-day. After the engine back-fired the petrol tank exploded, and the boat was soon a mass of flames. The girls were seriously burned while lifebelts were being attached, after which they were cast overboard. The men passengers leapt over the side. All were rescued by fishing boats in the immediate vicinity
