PICNIC
The Dunedin Whippet Racing Club held its annual picnic at Bethune’s Gully in fine weather, and there was a a good atetdance of members and their friends. The following were successful in the'racing events: — Girls, 6-B.—Valerie Littlewood 1. Boys, 0-B.—Alex.. Donaldson 1. Bays, 9-11.—Colin Fraser 1, Norman Sanson 2. Boys, 12-14.—Raymond Wood 1, Bill Young 2. Single Ladies.—Miss R. Dunne 1. Miss Fraser 2. Single Meu.—Jack Manly 1. Bert Berry 2. Married Race.—Mrs Glass 1, Mrs Ronald 2.
