The taking of evidence before the tribunal which is inquiring into the Thetis disaster was concluded to-day. The tribunal will meet again to-mor-row to hear observations from the Attorney-General and counsel appearing for various interests. Tt is expected that this stag© will be completed on Thursday, and thereafter Mr Justice Bicknell will adjourn to prepare a report on all the circumstances surrounding the loss of the submarine in her trials last summer and the subsequent attempts to save the lives of those in the ship.
