JEWISH REFUGEES TAKEN OFF Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. JERUSALEM, August 22. (Received August 23, at 11 a.m.' The steamer Paritas is sinking half a mile from Tel-Aviv. Eight hundred Jewish refugees have been taken off. [A message from Istanbul on August 11 said ; “ Jews on the steamer Paritas mutinied and forced the captain ashore in order to prevent the ship leaving Turkish waters."]
