WILL INOPERATIVE
NO BENEFICIARIES ALIVE The £32,373 estate of a bachcloi' who lived at Alordialloc, Melbourne, will, fall into Consolidated Revenue unless some person or persons can prove blood relationship with the late Air Edward Fonceea. All the persons mentioned in Air Fonceca’s will, including the trustees and executors, have died. The will was executed on April 29, 1891, and Mr Fonceca died on April 15 last—almost 48 years later. It would appear, therefore, that the will is inoperative. By his will Mr Fonceca appointed Mr Arthur Palmer Blake and Air William Rigg'all, partners in a well-known Melbourne legal firm, executors and trustees of his estate. But Air Blake died in 1917 and Air Riggall in 1922. Air Fonceca bequeathed his estate to his mother. Carolina d’Araujo Fonceca. and his brother, Charles Fonceca. His mother died in 1901 and his brother in 1934. Still, apparently, Mr Fonceca made no alteration to Id's will, although he had a life interest in his mother’s estate, on which the accrued interest at the time of his death was £390. The curator of the estates of deceased persons. Air AT. Af. Phillips, has made exhaustive inquiries, and now believes that there are no relatives or next-of kin.
