PLEA FOR FASTER SERVICES Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright . LONDON, July 20. (Received July 21, at 10.30 a.m.) The Chambers of Commerce Congress passed a resolution stating that the establishment of fast air mail services on Empire routes was long overdue. The congress drew attention to the disparity in the time to Australia and New Zealand compared with the speed on other routes, and urged high speed planes for night and day flying.
