A weak depression is located in the north Tasman, and a weak anti-cyclone in the south Tasman. Forecast: Light to fresh south-easterly winds; weather changeable, with passing showers, but improving from the south and west. Cold, with frosts to-night; seas moderate. LOCAL REPORT.
