UNDEFENDED DIVORCES
DECREES NISI GRANTED Mr Justice Blair sat this morning to hear undefended petitions for divorce, and after the necessary evidence had been given granted decrees nisi, to be made absolute after the expiration of three months, in the following cases: — Bosko Druskovich (Mr J. G. Warrington) v. Evelyn Druskovich,_ on the grounds of a separation order in force for over three years. „ Geoffrey Vale Humphreys (Mr O. 6. Stevens) v. Elizabeth Humphreys, desertion. „ Wilhelmina Catherine Kidd (Mr C. J. L. White) v. Hugh Campbell Kidd (Mr Stevens), desertion. Ivy Rosamond Shepherd (Mr B. S. Irwin) v. James Joseph Shepherd (Mr Stevens), separation agreement. Daisy White (Mr Irwin) v. Walter James White (Mr Quelch), adultery. Leslie Ezekiel Christie (Mr Stevens) proceeded against Iris Christie (Mr B. A. Quelch) on a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. The respondent was ordered to return to her husband within 14 days. Twenty-four cases were set down tor hearing to-day.
