RESTORATION OF RIGHTS TO KING ALFONSO LOYALISTS’ LAWS ANNULLED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BURGOS, December 1(5. General Franco has issued a decree restoring full rights and Spanish citizenship to ex-King Alfonso, of which he, was deprived in 1931 by the loyalist Government. The decree also annuls all the loyalists’ later laws depriving him of his property in Spain. WILLING TO RETURN LONDON, December 16. (Received December 17, at 10 a.m.) Ex-King Alfonso’s private secretary said His Majesty would go to Spain if asked, but he had not yet been invited.
