The jury is still (pondering the case or Glaser, AVIATION CODE HANDED OVER NEW YORK, November 30. (Received December 1, at 2 p.m.) Glaser was found guilty on a charge of turning over a military aviation code to German spies. The Jury recommended mercy.-
