(Received December 1. at 11 a.m.) Germany’s first aircraft carrier, with 16 6in, 10 4in, and 22 anti-aircraft guns, 19,250 tons, with a speed of 33 knots, is being launched at Kiel on Decembers. . Concerning the launching, r leld marshal Goering declares that in a future war the navy will take the offensive in the Atlantic.
