CLUTHA SHOW

RAIN MARS FIXTURE [From Our Correspondent.] BALCLTJTHA, November 25. Heavy rain marred the success of the seventy-third annual show of the Clutha and Matau A. and P. Society to-day. The attendance was affected as a result, while the rain also had a detrimental effect on the show generally. The display of stock was an excellent one, particularly the light and draught horses. Cattle and sheep also were w'ell represented, while the baking and butter sections provided a strong source of attraction to the womenfolk. An interesting programme of horse events entertained the public.
