REPATRIATION PROPOSALS Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, November 23. (Received November 24, at 11.15 a.m.) Tbe repatriation commission at its first meeting revealed that application may be made by labourers and professional men through consuls. Special facilities will be offered Italians with capital, while the fares for operatives without money will be paid by tho Government. The others receive a 50 per cent, reduction. The scheme will begin with Italians in nearby countries and those elsewhere later.
[A previous message stated: The Government announced the formation of a permanent commission to promote and facilitate the repatriation of all Italians abroad.]
