(Received November 24, at 1 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph’s ’ Johannesburg correspondent says Mr Pirow’s German visit threatens to cause serious political repercussions. The Opposition is making it a major issue in the coming sesson, and the United Party disapproves of what is termed Mr Pirow’s tactlessness.
