A motion of sympathy with the King and Ririjr Haakon of Norway on the death of Queen Maud, proposed by the Prime Minister, Mr • Neville Chamberlain, and supported by the two Opposition leaders, was passed unanimous!/ by the House of Commons. . SERVICE IN' MARLBOROUGH HOUSE CHAPEL BRITISH BATTLESHIP TO CONVEY; > COFFIN TO NORWAY. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, November 22. (Received November 23, at 11 a.mi) The body of Queen Maud ■ was conveyed to the private chapel at Marlborough House. A service will be held at 9 a.m. to-morrow iff' the chapel, which will be attended by King Haakon, Prince Olav, their Majesties, Queen Mary, .the. Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, King George of Greece, and ' Prince Paul of Yugoslavia. The, service will be conducted by Prebendary / Percival, Precentor of the Chapels Royal. The coffin at 9.20 will be placed on a horse-drawn gun carriage for conveyance to Victoria station, and King Haakon, Prince Olav, His Majesty, King George of Greece, the Duke of Kent, the Duke., of Gloucester, and Prince Paul will walk behind the cortege. There will be no military escort and troops will not line the route. The train with the coffin will leavw Victoria station at 10 a.m., arriving at Portsmouth about noon. King Haakon and Prince Olav will travel oa the train with the coffin, and at Portemouth will go aboard the Royal Oalr f which will convey the coffin to Norway. ' In the House of Lords tributes were paid to Queen Maud by Earl Stanhope, Lord Snell, Lord Gainsford.f and the Archbishop of Canterbury, after which the House passed a motion of condolence.
