WALT DISNEY SUED
ALLEGED BREACH OF FILM CONTRACT NEW YORK, October 20. The film characters Snow White and Prince Charming sued Walt Disney for 300,000 dollars, alleging that he and the Radio Corporation of America made millions of gramophone records from the sound recording in a film, thus violating contracts restricting the use of the voices to the film. Disney’s attorney stated that both plaintiffs had signed releases permitting any use of their voices.
