THE MILK SUPPLY.

TO THE EDITOB. Sir, —The letters of “ Boil ’Em Up ’ only confirm we in my _ dislike of a municipal milk supply, in which the clean and dirty milli will all be mixed and pasteurised to neutralise the illeffects of the dirt. At present 1 am getting good clean milk, which is rich m cream and keeps well. I know the farm it comes from. The byres and milking arrangements are _ clean and the farmer takes a pride in his herd of Jerseys. Why should I he compelled to give up this most satisfactory supply, and take milk from unknown sources? I have had the same milkman for 20 years, and the fact that we are healthy shows that the milk is good. Let those who like the pasteurised have it and those who prefer their particular milkman have their choice. —I am, etc., Clean ’Em Up. May 12.
