ONLY ONE NEW MEMBER TWO SUCCESSFUL LABOUR CANDIDATES Mr R. Walls (Labour) is the only new member of the Otago Harbour Board, the other Labour representative being Mr J. W. Munro, M.P. Mr William Regg topped the poll, and the other successful candidates were Messrs J. H. Duncan and R. Duncan. Mr David Copland (Labour) lost his seat. The West Harbour representative is Mr Arthur Smith, and Mr 51. S. Thompson, the sitting representative of the combined counties of Bruce, Clutha Tnapeka, and Maniototo, and the boroughs in those -counties, was returned, while the Port Chalmers representatives, Messrs A. Campbell, M.P., and T. Scollay, were elected unopposed.
