CYCLIST INJURED. Gordon Jowsey, who resides at 173 Taieri road, was admitted to the Hospital at 9 a.m. to-day suffering from head injuries received when he fell'ofj his bicycle in Arthur street. ( FALL FROM BRIDGE. Walter Hanger, a railway employee* who resides at 85 Dalgety street, wai admitted to the Hospital last evening suffering from a fractured right ankle* caused through falling ■ from a bridg* at Deep Stream. 1 BOY KILLED IN STREET COLLISION. Fatal injuries were received by 4 13-ydar-old schoolboy, Donald Mavor, : son of Mr C. V. Mavor, of New Plymouth, when he was caught between a lorry and a milk float which collided at a street intersection at' 7) o’clock this morning. The boy was riding a bicycle and was clinging to the side of the float. Neither vehicle suffered much damage, though the lorry swerved on to the footpath. Press Association." RUN OVER BY TRAIN, A woman was run over by a train! near the Grey street crossing at about 11 o’clock last night, and! was. late? identified as Myrtle , Perrett, single, daughter of Mrs T. K. Perrett, of Wanganui. The deceased was employed at' Drew’s jewellery shop for many years. How she came to be in. that locality on the line has not been ascertained.—■# Press Association.
