APPEAL TO HONESTY.

I was told X may never see it again, but I bad more faith in human nature, being an honest person myself. I have two children and know what it is to be hard up. They may be hard up, too, but do unto others as you would like them to do to you. —I am, etc., 'YFebruary 23.
