CARNIVAL AT OAMARU

It is a pity that the Oamaru Club’s carnival on December 11 clashes with the last night of the Otago senior, intermediate, and junior championships, but Dunedin swimmers who arc not taking part in the title events should make an attempt to appear at the Oamaru meeting. An attractive programme has been arranged, this comprising 50yds free stylo handicap, 66 2-3yds breast stroke handicap, 33 l-3vds ladies’ free style handicap, 133 l-3yds four-a-side relay handicap, diving handicap, and 66 2-3yds secondary schools’ free style handicap.
