DAYS.—The two ferry steamers Waireka and Waikana, which once added to the picturesqueness of Otago Harbour when they plied from Dunedin to Portobello via the bays, now lie unused and lonely at the Portobello wharf. The Tarewai, however, still trips across from Port Chalmers several times a day.
