(Received November 16, at 10 a.m.) Ciouston left for Khartum at 10.5 a.m. The England-Cairo trip occupied just over 11 horn's—a record first lap. Ciouston, proposes to rest for four hours at Khartum. Later messages state that he arrived at Khartum at 6.19 p.m, (local time).
