(Received November 13, at 12.30 p.m.Jf The General Committee of the Fede* ration of Master Cotton Spinners As* sociations, at a meeting, de» cided by a large majority to approvj in principle the proposal put forward by the joint committee of the cotton trade organisations for reorganisation of the cotton industry. The proposals have now been approved by both the spinning and manufacturing employers organisations and- also by the council of the Northern Counties Textile Trades Federation, on which are represented all operatives’ organisations'*-
