RDSLYN DISTRICT NURSING ASSOCIATION
At the monthly meeting of the Roslyn District Nursing Association there wore present Mr J. Moir (chairman), Mesdames L. Chapman, A. Chisman, H. Laing, A. R. Falconer, W. Heenan, Misses F. A. Wilkinson, E. Rutherford, J. Robertson, Messrs J. H. Matheson, W. J. Davie, and Dr A. R. Falconer. The district nurse’s report showed that there was not such a demand on her services during October as throughout the previous months. Nurso Newman had done duty while Nurse Kinmont was on leave, and ably parried on the work. A large parcel of warm garments and guilts had been received from the Roslyn Presbyterian Women’s Association, and the Roslyn Church of Christ Ladies 1 Guild had also helped materially during the past months. To all those friends who helped with gifts of clothing, bedding, shoes, etc., the committee tendered' grateful appreciation. Two more sales will be held this year on November 19 and December 3. Parcels may be left 'at the rooms or will bo called for if notified at 104 a Highgate.
