THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) DEFAULT CASES. Judgment, with costs, was given, for plaintiffs by default in the following undefended oases:—James Dunlop and Co. v. P. Lynch (Martinborough), £5 3s 7d, goods supplied; P. Hayman and Co. v. William (R. Fitchett (Wanganui), £33 Is 6d, goods supplied; Solomon, Gascoigne, Solomon, and Sinclair v. Karl Alfred Olsen (Port Chalmers), £1 Is, services rendered; Sun Insurance Office Ltd. v. A. J. Mennie (Invercargill) , £8 8s 9d, amount of premium due. CLAIM FOR POSSESSION, i Bertha Mary Muirhead claimed from Leoan Cedric Gpldsmid and Dorothy Goldsmid possession of a tenement in Appold street,. Momington, and rent fop 10 weeks and three days amounting to £lO 8s 7d.—After hearing the'evidence the magistrate made an order for possession on or before October 20 and payment'of the amount due.
