CLAIM FOR POSSESSION, i Bertha Mary Muirhead claimed from Leoan Cedric Gpldsmid and Dorothy Goldsmid possession of a tenement in Appold street,. Momington, and rent fop 10 weeks and three days amounting to £lO 8s 7d.—After hearing the'evidence the magistrate made an order for possession on or before October 20 and payment'of the amount due.
