Ahmed Ragheb Bey, Director of Dams in the Egyptian Ministry of Public Works, has left for Bagdad on the invitation of tho Iraq Cabinet which wishes to consult him about certain irrigation projects. This is tho first time that Iraq has turned to Egypt for an engineer.
