THE KEYNOTE IN AMERICA [Special to the ‘ Star.’l AUCKLAND, August 6. Arriving by the Monterey from the Pacific Coast, an old boy of the Wellington College, Dr James R. Cameron; is visiting New Zealand again after many years. He is now professor of oral surgery at the Temple University, Philadelphia. He is going to the Otago University to see what is being done there in connection with medical and dental work. The keynote in American medicine at ipresent, he said, was tho prevention, rather than the cure, of disease, and that presupposed a good deal of research work. As a matter of fact, most of the universities were spending a good deal of money on research.
