LATEST NAZI INNOVATION WIDESPREAD USE OF LOUD SPEAKERS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, August 3. (Received 'August 4, at 12.30 p.m.) Several million advertising columns, carrying loud speakers, are being erected throughout Germany whereby members of the Government will be enabled to address the nation at a moment’s notice per medium of the microphone. Space on the columns is meeting the cost.
